All internal doors are of solid cedar, the entrance doors are of solid iroko wood and are of antique Spanish colonial design. Traditional Bodrum House windows are double-glazed and of solid cedar wood. All windows and the entrance doors are stylishly securitised by (fixed on windows) wrought iron guard railings and insect guarded by removable framed nettings. All door and window fittings are of antique wrought iron.
Outside, the main terrace is laid with cappuccino antique Roman tumbled floor tiles, encased with wrought iron railings and roofed with hefty solid wood pergola. It leads to the main entrance gate and through side steps into the garden, open sun porch and the parking area. The ground floor sun porch and the patio are laid with the same cappuccino antique Roman tumbled floor tiles. There is a section of the garden, to the front of the sun porch, with laid lawn. The parking area is laid with grass pocketed paving blocks to provide solid ground for parking and pleasant natural greenness.
The front garden contains, beside variant flowering plants, a grapevine; a mulberry tree; two pine, two almond and three lemon trees. Just outside the boundary of the house, to the front, an age-old carob tree (protected) completes the natural picture for this property.
